My path into wellness didn't start in just one place; it evolved over time. I began my journey into the natural ways of healing the body over 20 years ago. A TN girl at the age of 21, I finally found the answers I had been looking for. Our bodies are designed to self-heal if we provide the proper "fuel" for them. With this knowledge, I continued my quest, and in 2005, I attended school in Phoenix, AZ, for Colon Hydrotherapy, while also participating in Health Minister training at Hallelujah Acres in NC that same year. In 2009, with the twists and turns of life, I found myself in Florida, where I enrolled in massage therapy school. Initially, the laws surrounding Colon Hydrotherapy in the state of FL led me to massage, but once in school, I discovered it was my calling. I fell in love with massage and realized it was another piece of my puzzle for helping people overcome or prevent illness. Later in life, I sought to expand my education and knowledge, I went to nursing school, gaining a broader understanding of the body from a deeper clinical perspective. I witnessed firsthand how many chronic concerns are connected to lifestyle, stress, and digestive health. All roads led me back to Colon Hydrotherapy again. After obtaining the required FL education, I took and passed the National Board for Colon Hydrotherapy (NBCHT) exam to become nationally certified and licensed by the State of FL. These combined experiences have helped me create a space that bridges mindful bodywork, clinical knowledge, and natural digestive support—all in one place. This is my passion, and I look forward to helping you on your journey to achieving a more Vibrant Life!
